High-beamed like a church the dining room, converted from the former stables, is headed by a wood burning grill where meats are cooked over flame. On summer evenings guests can dine in the adjoining conservatory which is overlooking the courtyard with lily pond and modern statues. Blairscove Restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and for lunch on Sundays.
